We now have an excellent opportunity for domestic loss adjusters across the UK. Your role will involve handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim, and with appropriate experience under your belt and perhaps some professional qualifications in due course you will progress to handling claims of values up to £100k. Full training will be provided to deliver the right outcomes for our customers, our Insurer clients and Sedgwick.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong analytical skills to assess the cause and extent of the loss, accuracy in assessing property damage and determining the appropriate compensation, and the ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to demonstrate empathy and provide excellent customer service, and maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct.
