Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at beBee Professionals in Preston. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures and malfunctions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all machinery complies with safety regulations and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
