We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Project Manager to join our Operations Department team. As a leader within the team, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the delivery of all projects within the business, executing the company's core values at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver projects to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service, quality on site, and protection of margins.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the team, working closely with the Managing Director to plug these gaps.
  • Ensure service contract standards and SLAs are adhered to, and the service manager is covering all logs.
  • Manage all engineers in-house and external, ensuring the appropriate insurances, vehicles, and PPE are in place when required.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge to deliver solutions accurately, ensuring quality of equipment, cables, quotes, and engineers adhere to the company's AV standard.
  • Work closely with the administrators to organize and deliver all projects to their standard.
  • Ensure all R&M and training are kept up to date.
  • Manage service contracts alongside a designated engineer.
  • Demonstrate proactive behavior in driving repeat business through quality work and customer delight.
Requirements
  • High technical understanding of all company products and services.
  • Ability to design and deliver solutions, identifying gaps in knowledge and working with the Managing Director to address them.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
