Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at SPE Travelers Management, LTD. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing projects across various departments, ensuring timely completion, and meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project plans, backlogs, work-stream activities, milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Coach and mentor non-PMO project managers in project management skills.
  • Provide thought-leadership to the PMO leadership team in providing a centre of excellence for project management and delivery.
  • Operate within defined parameters of the Travelers methodology and the PMO.
  • Ensure all project literature, artefacts, and analytics are kept up to date, proportionate, and of the required standard.
  • Manage project resources effectively and ensure clear direction is provided.
  • Manage executive level relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Project Management, thorough knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques, planning, and dependency management.
  • Thorough knowledge of different methodologies (agile, iterative, and waterfall) and their use.
  • Experience in tracking cost and resources against projects is essential.
