**Job Title:** Clinical Account Specialist

**Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Account Specialist to join our team at Guided Solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth across the South UK territory, particularly in Theatres, Critical Care, and Procurement areas.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical knowledge and support to customers, helping them to achieve better patient outcomes and cost-effective solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective relationship-building and market analysis.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance customer proficiency with our products and services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers in the territory, providing guidance and support throughout the buying process.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Nursing/Technical/Medical qualification, with experience in Hospital Theatre, ICU, or Emergency Care.
  • Proven track record of success in clinical or sales roles, preferably in medical device sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Will ideally be based within the territory.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Field-based role involving frequent travel across the South UK territory.
