Warehouse and Stock Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Stock Assistant to join our team at Personnel Selection. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of stock in and out of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily dealing with warehouse inquiries, from picking and packing to despatch and put away.
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy when inputting deliveries received.
  • Replenishing locations, conducting circle counts, and stock put away.
  • Loading and offloading vehicles.
  • Locations movements on and off the system.
  • Inputting deliveries of stock onto our in-house system.
  • Inputting serial and asset numbers to the system when receiving or despatching goods.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day warehouse duties, picking and packing for other item despatches when required.
  • Making sure all required goods are labelled correctly upon despatch.
  • Dealing with potential spillages and clear up.
  • Monitoring stock levels of products and supplies.
  • Assisting customers with their collections and loading of vehicles.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse experience, goods in/out, and PC literacy.
  • A Reach Forklift license is desirable.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and take responsibility for our varied clients and their orders.
