Support and Empathy Volunteer

The successful candidate for this Support and Empathy Volunteer role will be responsible for developing strong supportive relationships with older adults through Hourglass Northern Ireland's services.
You will promote safer ageing practices and raise awareness about issues affecting older people.
As a Support and Empathy Volunteer, you will provide essential support services, including regular phone calls or visits, advocacy, and casework support.
We are looking for someone with a commitment to our ethos of "Safer Ageing, Stopping Abuse" and a strong understanding of older people's experiences and issues.
The estimated salary for this role is £17,000 - £19,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
