Job Summary:

We are seeking a Jr. RPA Developer to join our team at Jsvvsols. As a Jr. RPA Developer, you will be responsible for aiding in the analysis, requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and Configure Power Apps and Power Automate: Create and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Configure Business Process Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual errors.
  • Develop Power Platform Solutions: Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions to meet business needs and improve productivity.
  • Provide Comprehensive Support: Provide technical support and code reviews to the Power Platform user community.
  • Adhere to Best Practices: Ensure that all solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and Disseminate Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on platform usage, including requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
  • Prepare Mockups and Prototypes: Develop mockups and prototypes based on requirements to offer solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform Issues: Troubleshoot Power Platform issues and document solutions to implement fixes.
  • Function as a Liaison: Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Understanding of Power Automate Desktop: Possess a strong understanding of Power Automate Desktop and its capabilities.
  • Understanding of Blue Prism or UI Path RPA Processes: Have a solid understanding of Blue Prism or UI Path RPA processes and their implementation.
  • Understanding of Migrating Blue Prism RPA Bots to Power Automate Desktop: Possess knowledge of migrating Blue Prism RPA bots to Power Automate Desktop.
  • Participate in Agile SDLC: Participate in Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure effective project management and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop.
  • Experience with RPA Tools: Possess experience with RPA tools, including Blue Prism or UI Path.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in software development.
