Job Summary: Aspire People is recruiting a qualified SENCO to join a large, three-form entry school in Harborne. This part-time role offers ongoing support and a chance to work in a dynamic educational environment focused on inclusivity.

The school supports all pupils and seeks a passionate SENCO dedicated to ensuring children with special educational needs thrive. The successful candidate will oversee support for students with EHCPs, working closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support for children with ADHD, ASD, ASC, SEMH, and MLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate provision of support for students with special educational needs.

Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
