We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a manufacturing company based in the Glossop area.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid counterbalance FLT license and be able to work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.74.

As a FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include safely operating a FLT to transport materials around the facility, adhering to all safety protocols, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
