Requirements:

  • Have a degree and/or relevant experience of working in a school setting
  • Have recent experience of teaching or supporting in a classroom in the UK
  • Have high expectations of all students for both behavior and outcomes
  • Have the ability to work both as part of a team or independently with a flexible, proactive approach
  • Be motivated to undertake training and development to develop their practice
