**Business Partnering and FP&A Leadership**

Your new role at Hays Accountancy and Finance is to head our London team as a Chief Financial Planning and Analysis Officer. This is a broad and varied position with key duties and responsibilities including:

  • Partnering with senior leadership and executives to develop strategy and goals for the division.
  • Delivery of the annual budget, 3-year plan and forecasting process.
  • Providing decision support advice to MD's for strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting the integration of acquisitions.
  • Managing a monthly management pack, including analysis and commentary.
  • Leading and managing a team of 2 direct reports.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

You will need to be a qualified accountant with proven FP&A and business partnering experience, ideally within the insurance sector. You should be a confident communicator capable of building strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to lead and manage a team. Previous experience with Anaplan would also be highly desirable.
