About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Lead Associate to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. In this role, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional care and support to our residents while mentoring and guiding junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional care and support to residents, and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Develop and implement care plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as catering and housekeeping, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a care assistant or senior care assistant role.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior staff members.
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
