Automotive Courier

Auto Skills UK is seeking an experienced Automotive Courier to join their team at the Accident Repair Centre. As an integral part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles safely and efficiently to agreed destinations.

About the Role:
  • You will drive vehicles to agreed locations, maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
  • Build effective working relationships with colleagues to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety, adhering to all relevant procedures and guidelines.
  • Report any vehicle issues or damage to management promptly.
  • Respond quickly to accidents and insurance claims, adhering to company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating customers and suppliers with respect and courtesy.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • A detailed knowledge of the local area around the repair centre.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a safe driving experience.
  • A full, valid, and clean UK Driving Licence.

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,575 per annum, recognising the importance of this role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
