About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the Chesterfield area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a variety of vehicles, including vans and cars, to transport mail and packages
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work in all weather conditions, including rain and snow
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
  • Physical fitness to work in all weather conditions

  • Competitive monthly salary equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr
  • Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
