About the Role

  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of highway design projects from feasibility to detailed design, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders and teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Design Expertise: Develop and implement highway designs that meet or exceed industry standards, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of DMRB, MFS, and local design guides.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor junior team members, empowering them to grow professionally and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering Experience: Proven track record in consultancy environments, with a strong understanding of highway design principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other civil engineering software, with a solid grasp of design standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
