Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV 1 drivers to support our client's operation with regular drops and collections. The ideal candidate will have a valid driving license with HGV 1 entitlements, in-date tacho and CPC, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive HGV 1 vehicles on regular routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Manage daily schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Valid driving license with HGV 1 entitlements
  • In-date tacho and CPC
  • Over 25 years old
  • No more than 6 points on driving license

Working Conditions

As an HGV 1 driver, you will be working Monday to Friday, with shifts typically starting at 08:00 and lasting 8-10 hours. You will be paid an hourly rate of £15.00.
