Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional/Care Assistant. As a Caregiver, you will provide an environment where our clients can live as independently as possible in their own homes with your support.

Responsibilities:
  • Companionship and social interaction
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or visits to the shops
  • Meal preparation and light housework
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Assistance with personal care and taking medications
What does being a Caregiver involve?
  • Minimum 2-hour visits
  • Introductions to all new clients
  • Caregivers matched clients based on hobbies and interests
  • Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships

Qualifications:

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful and be able to provide availability which may include alternate weekends.
