Wholesale Credit Risk Manager

Eximius Finance is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for leading deep reviews into the credit and underwriting teams, representing business control in working groups for regulatory and internal remediations, and proactively managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Credit Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of credit and underwriting processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent Business Control: Participate in working groups to address regulatory and internal remediations, ensuring that business control is effectively represented.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Function heads and Business Heads, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Communication and Leadership: Utilize strong communication and leadership skills to influence senior internal and external audiences, providing impactful input through active interactions and formal participation in key committees and management initiatives.
- Credible Challenge: Provide credible challenge to Business Heads regarding standards and process quality, ensuring that weaknesses in processes are identified and escalated as appropriate.
- End-to-End Risk Management: Ensure effective identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of Wholesale Credit Risk within the bank.
- Process Understanding: Understand end-to-end processes and provide an assessment of the control environment and its ability to mitigate risk.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide continuous improvement ideas to assist the function in becoming a "best-in-class" function.
- Deep Knowledge: Deep knowledge of wholesale credit lending and processes.
- Industry Experience: Experience in a top bank from either credit risk, credit audit, credit assurance, risk & control, or governance.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leadership roles.
