About the Job:

This Behavioural Intervention Coordinator position involves working with a well-regarded school in the East Riding of Yorkshire to provide targeted support to students with behavioural challenges.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will collaborate with the wider school team to promote a consistent approach to behaviour management.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing IBPs, providing one-on-one and group support to students, and supporting the development of positive attitudes and behaviours towards learning and social interaction.
