About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Field Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading multi-discipline projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineers, to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, with knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
