About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in London, providing top-notch support for our Windows environments. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support for our Windows environments, including Active Directory, Exchange 365, and SCCM.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, using your expertise in laptop and mobile hardware to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement effective incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support role, preferably in a legal or similar professional setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Familiarity with ITIL foundation v3 or 4 qualifications is desirable but not essential.

Working Arrangements

  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, based in our London office.
  • Occasional weekend and out-of-hours work may be required for project implementations or office moves.
  • Candidates should be prepared to travel occasionally to other offices as needed.
