Job Opportunity: Maths Teacher for Secondary Schools

We are partnering with an Academy Trust of Secondary Schools in South London to appoint a qualified Maths Teacher who can inspire and motivate students in this subject area.

The Academy Trust comprises 9 Secondary Schools, all of which have been graded as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. This particular Maths Teacher role is based in Croydon, where the Central Leadership team is committed to creating a calm and purposeful learning environment.

As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and thriving community of students and staff. The Academy Trust is modern, forward-thinking, and well-resourced, with an experienced and proactive Senior Leadership team.

The role involves teaching Maths to Secondary students, with the possibility of taking on a subject leader position. The Academy Trust is open to paying a daily rate that matches the pay-scale or directly employing the successful candidate without any agency involvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching Maths to Secondary students
  • Developing and implementing Maths curriculum
  • Assessing student progress and achievement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to improve Maths education
