The role of Chef de Partie involves being an integral part of the kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. The successful candidate will take charge of their section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes in accordance with menus, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering, ensuring the efficient use of supplies and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the school's high culinary standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
