About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our high-tech engineering team. As a visionary leader, you will inspire your team to collaborate on cutting-edge products and deliver exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive software strategy, recommending new tools and techniques to enhance product quality and development processes.
  • Scope and specify developments and projects aligned with strategic goals, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions.
  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, reviews, and capacity planning to optimize team performance.
  • Presentation of key performance indicators for your team and collaboration with Engineering Management to develop customer relationships.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration among engineers to achieve project objectives.
