Complex Needs Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Needs Practitioner to join our team at Recovery Focus in Wolverhampton.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality interventions and support to individuals with complex needs related to substance misuse.
  • Develop and implement group and coursework programs to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Manage a caseload of complex service users, providing tailored support and guidance.
  • Liaise with voluntary and statutory agencies, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage with clients in various service delivery settings, promoting a flexible and client-centered approach.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in health/social care, youth, or community work, or direct experience in delivering substance use-related interventions.
  • Excellent knowledge of alcohol/drug and health-related issues, with a passion for working with individuals impacted by substance misuse concerns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexible approach, commitment to confidentiality, and excellent record-keeping and Microsoft Office skills.
