Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food service operations
• Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
