Job Description

As a Caretaker (Residential) with HC-One, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your role will involve carrying out audits, maintaining records, and undertaking routine maintenance tasks.

You will work closely with our residents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure that our homes are safe, clean, and welcoming environments. Your ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and knowing what to do if concerns arise, is crucial in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
