We are seeking a skilled Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in East Kilbride, Glasgow. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Vipond, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of design and build projects with a gross value of up to £4 million.
Job Responsibilities:- Administer main contracts, including project control information, change management, and cash collection.
- Manage subcontract agreements across a portfolio of projects, executing the project subcontract strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
