About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Nigel Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: AAT or Part Qualified with a passion for financial control systems and budget setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Advanced Excel and Word. Bonus points for knowledge of Sage Line 50.
  • Experience: Experience with large data sets and the ability to manipulate data.
  • Personality: A commercial mindset that understands how different facets of the business work together. A personality that's accurate, precise, inquisitive, reliable, and determined with a positive outlook.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and make an impact, coupled with a dynamic communication style.
