About the Role

Mencap is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and effective communication with relevant parties.

  • Competitive salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
