Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and live chat, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets set by management, including conversion rates and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a professional and positive work ethic, delivering excellent service to all guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our restaurant group.
  • Stay up-to-date with company knowledge, including menu offerings, promotions, and values.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support business needs by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as required.
