Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, email, and display
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing channels and tactics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Candidates with experience in marketing automation, CRM, and data analysis tools are highly desirable
