Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Prison Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Red 5 People. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation of clients within the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients across prison and probation settings to support their rehabilitation.
  • Provide 1:1 support and guidance to clients, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress.
  • Help clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and gain necessary support to secure employment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with individuals within the criminal justice system, either in a prison or custodial setting. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable. Criminology graduates with volunteer experience are also encouraged to apply.
