Commercial Partnerships Sales Director

Keracol is a pioneering company that combines green science innovation with sustainable beauty solutions. We are seeking a commercially focused, strategic New Business, Key Account or Partnerships Manager to join our fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the partner program strategy, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms for green science R&D projects.
- Negotiate royalty agreements and terms for green science R&D projects.
- Build a portfolio of key technologies and drive sales.
- Collaborate with customers, cross-functional and R&D teams to execute partnership project deliverables and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
