Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their team in a leading Investment Management firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with Investment Managers and other stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate advice and support
  • Manage client administration processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate with the middle office function to ensure seamless onboarding, transfers, and payments
  • Gather and report data for client review meetings, ensuring timely and accurate information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Investment Managers and other third parties, ensuring a first-class client experience
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve client satisfaction

Applicants should have a proven track record in client-facing roles, particularly in Investment or Wealth Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
