At Morson Talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the Compensation Manager, Europe, this role will deliver exceptional support and service to HR Partners, Stakeholders, and Employees across the Europe Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-rate support and services to ensure Total Reward is aligned with business objectives. This includes managing salary structures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategic plans for compensation programs.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.

This role requires a strong analytical skillset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation analysis, reward management, and total rewards strategy.
