Job Summary:

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our Alcohol and Drugs Recovery Service (ADRS) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, specialist nursing care to individuals at high risk of overdose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient care needs and develop individualized programs of care
  • Provide leadership and supervision to regulated and unregulated professionals
  • Manage and supervise a caseload, including nursing students
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered, responsive services

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Experience in addiction recovery and mental health nursing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
