Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Community Chemotherapy Nurse to deliver high-quality, personalised care in patients' homes. As a key member of our client's team, you will administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments, document clinical data, and build strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders.

This role offers a salary of up to £42,640 per annum, plus a company car or car allowance, and covers NMC fees. You will also benefit from 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Our client is a leading life sciences business specialising in patient access, engagement, and insight solutions. With over 30 years of experience, they provide healthcare to patients with long-term conditions, rare diseases, and cancer, helping over 200,000 patients annually across the UK and Europe.

As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

* Administering haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments
* Delivering patient-focused care tailored to individual needs
* Documenting clinical data and reporting adverse drug events
* Building strong relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders
* Maintaining up-to-date clinical knowledge and addressing competency gaps
* Complying with all business policies and procedures
