Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children in your care, tailoring your approach to each child's needs.
  • Engage sensitively and supportively with parents to bolster their emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maximize the creche's potential and ensure the children are well cared for.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HNC/SCQF 7 in Childcare or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
  • Experience with babies and young children is beneficial, but a passion for delivering exceptional care is most important.
