Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Epic Social. As a Senior Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of client business, developing and implementing effective social media strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive business growth and engagement
  • Lead the day-to-day management of client business, including reporting, project management, and financial processes
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Analyse campaign performance, build case studies, and recommend future solutions to improve business outcomes
  • Oversee the development of junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met, and projects are delivered to the highest standard

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a social media or communications agency
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • A-Level or equivalent qualification (preferred)
