Key Responsibilities- To provide effective mobile fabric maintenance services to our clients across the Southampton region.
- To conduct regular site visits to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- To identify and rectify any issues promptly and efficiently.
- To maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction).
- Proven experience in a similar role with a reputable facilities management company.
- Excellent technical knowledge of fabric maintenance systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Competitive hourly rate: £15 per hour.
