Job Details
We are seeking a Quantitative Researcher to join our team in London. This role involves developing and backtesting quantitative strategies using historical market data, with a primary focus on alpha generation. You will work closely with traders and developers to implement research insights into production systems and collaborate with our developers to enhance market-making efficiency through advanced technology and data-driven techniques.

Responsibilities
Develop and backtest quantitative strategies using historical market data

Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in alpha research within a mid- or high-frequency trading environment
D. in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or C++
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning applications

Compensation and Benefits
A competitive base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, along with performance-driven bonuses
