Key Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety: Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Catering Services: Deliver catering services within hospital guidelines, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Team Management: Manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Service Development: Develop and improve services in the kitchens and wider catering team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Event Planning: Plan and implement catering for hospital functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
