About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team at ShortList Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of project scope and change management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and implement Scrum conceptual models for Agile Software Development to drive project efficiency.
  • Manage project risks thoroughly to minimize potential issues.
  • Direct, plan, and execute multiple product development projects to meet client expectations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development technologies, including.NET and SQL.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of programming principles to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in software delivery projects, with a strong background in.NET and SQL.
  • Essential understanding of the full-service life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using SQL to drive data-driven decision making.
  • PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum experience to ensure effective project management.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, to streamline project workflows.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate evidence of successful project delivery and experience with IT transformation and software delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
