The Invictus Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its team at a large site in Exeter. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous operation of the site by conducting both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to maintain the site's functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems within the facility.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of building services and maintenance techniques.
  • Electrical or mechanical qualifications are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
  • Willingness to work on a continental shift pattern (days and nights).
