We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for our guests at Cobham Premier Inn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be required to work 24 hours per week over 3 days, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of guest information, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
