About the Role
DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Specialist to support the work of our Integrate Resourcing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering interim legal solutions throughout the Client and Consultant journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for all interim and consultancy vacancies in line with dedicated sectors for both internal and client placements.
- Arrange interviews for all internal and external vacancies.
- Support with consultant check-ins on active assignments, including monitoring performance, completion dates, extensions, and re-deployment for further assignments.
- Take the lead and initiative on specific team projects outside of BAU.
- Identify and support business development opportunities using tools such as LinkedIn and Vacancy Soft.
- Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, including Partners, Clients, Commercial Finance Managers, and other key teams.
- Deliver commercial targets against our SLAs and team annual targets.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience gained in either an agency or in-house background.
- Experience of end-to-end sourcing and attraction, candidate pipelining, and attraction in line with clients' strategic initiatives.
- Previous administration experience to a high standard.
- Collegiate working style.
- Strong customer/client relationship interaction.
- An understanding of how to create and reimagine attraction strategies in highly competitive markets.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships to gain trust, challenge, and influence decisions when needed and to drive a proactive approach.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of delivering accurate and commercial advice and keeping employment law knowledge up to date.
