Mental Health Service Director

The Hospital Director role at Rosebank House, a specialist mental health service, offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to make a significant impact. Main ResponsibilitiesAs the Hospital Director, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of Rosebank House, a 24-hour specialist care and support service for individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating the development of quality healthcare services, ensuring financial and quality targets are met, leading the senior management team, promoting the hospital's reputation, and fulfilling the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.
Key Requirements- Excellent track record in healthcare management, with a clinical background in mental health.
- Ability to drive performance, support successful service delivery, and implement change through a credible, inclusive, and supportive management style.
- Strong leadership and sound underpinning knowledge to provide direction and implement change.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a modern, purpose-built home with 13 en-suite bedrooms, specifically designed with facilities to fully prepare patients for independence in the community. The focus of the service is on independent living skills as well as social inclusion, education, and employment engagement.
