Job Opportunity: Domestic Maintenance Plumber

Example Recruitment Group is currently working with a reputable regional plumbing and heating contractor to find a skilled Domestic Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and wet works within domestic properties.
  • Identify and fix leaks, replace radiators and TRVs, ball valves, pipework, and cylinders.
  • Provide excellent customer care and ensure a high level of service is met on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and follow Health & Safety Guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 1 year's experience as a Plumber.
  • Previous experience working within domestic properties carrying out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems.
  • Diploma, City & Guilds, or NVQ qualification in Plumbing.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
  • No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check will be carried out on offer of employment).
Salary and Benefits:
  • Improver/Trainee: £25,000 per annum.
  • Plumbing Diploma & Under 2 years' experience: £25,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • Plumbing Diploma & 2 years' experience: £28,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 6 months experience: £30,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 2 years' experience: £35,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 to 4 years' experience: £38,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • NVQ Level 2 & 5 years' experience: £40,000 per annum plus Bonus.
  • Expected Overtime with Bonus & Call Out: £10,000+ per annum on top of basic annual salary.
  • Van & Fuel Card Provided.
  • 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Call out once per week paid additionally per job.
  • 28 days Holiday including Bank Holiday.
  • Company Pension Scheme.
  • Ongoing training and development.
